Recently received offer for actress role in 'Chaos Theory'. Sent a contract to me offering $2,365 per day for 25 days. Read contract and contacted them knowing this was leaky. Had assistant email me after I told her that I had issue with retainer fee of $800 as this is not standard for a model or actress to pay up front. The Assistant's name was Lisa Wright. She sent me the below email. I called him and noted that I would not pay the $800 upfront or that I would have a post dated chck after filming started that he could cash. I knew this was a scam but wanted to confirm. He noted that the retainer fee was non-negotiable. Please help others to not fall for such a scam. I can send you the contract if you would like.
