Although I've loved films out of this organization, their customer support is unprofessional and without the real understanding of what this means to "function." Administratively, they are extremely inexperienced. Nearly as though these were deaf, never reading what I claim. I have updated my title, telephone number, tackle with this specific organization numerous occasions, and all for nothing, it appears, since I keep working into proplems together. They recently delivered 2 films to an address I existed at 12 years back but got the best consideration to consider my cash from. I expected to get a reimbursement 3 days before. I am still waiting...
