Late charges ripoff

First I want to say I am so thankful I found your site. I have been renting movies from Blockbuster for several months. I most always use the drop box to drop off my movies, and most always drop it off the night before they are due back, or early morning the day they are due before the store opens. I have found 3 out of 4 times I go back to rent movies I am told I have late fees, I always argue the point as I know I did indeed return them on time to no avail. I was at the point of believing maybe my memory was slipping or I was out right losing my mind.

My daughters have even argued the dates and times of the return, but I have been trusting the honesty of this fim to be accurate with my late returns. This happened again the last time I returned for movies, except this time I called ahead to see what if any last charges were showing due, and once again was told I had late charges and once again trusted them and paid the fees and rented more movies.

This morning I returned my movies early before the store opened and once again, I will call tommorrow to check on late charges, but thanks to you, I won't just pay these fees, I will strongly dipute them. We'll see what the outcome is this time. Thank-you so much for starting this site and giving me back my belief I am still sane. Marie
