I paid 80.00 for a Coach dvd set and 12 of the 21 dvd's were no good. I contacted them and they said they would have the bad disks replaced no problem. When they didn't arrive I emailed again and was told again it would be taken care of... This went on for about 3 months and they have long since stopped responding to my emails at all. I obviously wasted 80.00. Don't do business with these people.
