Do not answer on my emails and their phone is always unavailable

I created a withdrawl on 26th June for £1500. There have been no bonuses connected On 3rd Oct I obtained a contact requesting me to signal an application comprising my listing of charge card purchases. I did so this and delivered it back by mail. After many times my withdrawal was still waiting and so I delivered another e-mail ensuring they'd gotten my type. No response. Since that time I've delivered 7 emails towards the above details. I attempted to telephone but usually obtain a message stating the quantity is unavailable. Online assistance do not reply and occasionally the image is not actually existing about the site. I've never had an issue with this specific team before and that I am getting eager with Holiday arising, and that I have no idea how to proceed next.
