I've an issue regarding a $700 withdrawal that I'd been battling for over 8 weeks now. E-mails were answered with guarantees to advance the problem and nothing happened. Phone calls were disconnected while I had been awaiting "the boss" called Mr. Marks. After I eventually did cope with to Scars he advised there is an issue with ACH which "may even consider decades" to solve it.
