I hosted a wine tasting party on February 27th, and The Traveling Vineyard closed for business just one month later, on March 23. The problem that I have with this is their unprofessional way of doing so. Myself, and others who purchased wines from the tasting received the WRONG wines. I contacted the consultant who did the tasting only to find out that The Traveling Vineyard was no longer. She informed me that there was no one to contact regarding my wine order, and assured me that the wines that I DID receive were good because she had tried them before. NOT what I wanted to hear. I decided to take matters into my own hands and search the internet for contact info, only to find a number that has been disconnected, and one that has a message stating the company had ended. Not only did I pay for a certain wine and didn't get it, but now I have no way of getting a refund or an exchange. It is just absurd.
