I had 30,000 points in my Dave and Buster's card. One day my balance said I had 0 points so I asked a manager if he can figure out what happened. He said my card was transfered to another card in Maryland. I have no idea how that happened. He said he can give me $20 in credits. I laughed and said that is was not enough. The manager said take it or leave it, as he walked away. Tried talking to another employee about it and said nothing could be done. No employee seemed to really care. I left and never plan on going back. For years I spent about $1000 and $2000 per year on food, alcohol, and games because this was out meeting spot before going out.
