I was just leaving the movies when a kid rushes by me to talk to Dan the manager.
He asked if he could have the poster and gave him 20 dollars. Dan then put the money in his pocket and gave the kid the poster. Can you do that, sell business property and keep the money. I talked to a employee about how often he did this and she said, all the time, and depending on the movie he might get 50 a poster plus he sold stands and banners. What erks me is that he is doing this tax free. Is this legal?
