I ordered a box set. Immediately got a confirmation saying that my order would be processed in 1-2 days and that I would receive an e-mail confirmation when the order had been "successfully processed." Shipment would occur within 48-72 hours of confirmation of my order. Delivery would be approximately 10-14 business days. Got a confirmation e-mail from "Haley Martin - haley. [email protected]." Gave me my order ID number and said that I could expect the item in 8-12 days. Never received anything. My e-mail to "Haley Martin" bounced back undeliverable and when I e-mailed the company, I got an auto response that I'd hear back from them in 24-48 hours. I've never heard a word. I canceled the charge on my credit card and will be reporting the company to both Amazon and the FBI.
