Their advertisement promised that the DVDs were all brand new. They are not. They are illegal ripped off copies of original DVDs. Several are defective. The company has a Suffolk County, Long Island, New York phone number butyou must mail your return to a location in China. The cost of origianal shipping plus the return cost of shipping, insurance and registered return receipt to China is more than the cost of the original DVD's. The man I spoke to on the phone was condesending, obnoxious, mean and threatened to slander my name n (as he had all my vitle information) all over the internet if I said one more word.
