Nowadays, 11/27, we bought tickets online for "The Blind-Side" viewing of the film of 8:20 PM at AMC Theater Firewheel in Garland Texas. We bought our seats at 11:14 AM. Therefore, we appear in the theatre and obtain our seats with this verification number about one hour 5 early. We enter the theatre and therefore are informed to visit theatre quantity 13. Reduced and see, the whole theatre is complete. There was a chair in some places, but a maximum of 3 complete. We'd 7. We didn't have trouble divorce, but all of US must be within the film and there is insufficient chairs. Not just that, there is atleast 30 others there that didn't get chairs both. Therefore, the workers completely didn't care at-all whenever we informed them they offered far too many seats for that film. They informed us that people might get enter the point for that additional showing of the film in theatre quantity 10. Just point is, there is currently atleast 300 people because point. They didn't wish to accommodate us whatsoever. The 30-plus people were simply SOL. Completely dumbfounded by their customer support. They simply advised most of US that people might simply get our money-back and keep. They're those who screwed-up, not us. Who on the planet overbooks a theatre? I've the clear answer, only a couple of fools attempting to behave like they've a what's happening, but really donot. Really unfortunate that AMC does not worry about their clients at-all!!!
