This company offers a service whereby Joe Public can buy, sell or offer for exchange tickets for various events, be that sporting, musical concerts and festivals and theatre performances etc.
On the face of things everything appears hunky dory and this would be a worthwhile facility for a lot of people to use.
However my experience is far from satisfactory with this company. On 28th February I purchased 2 VIP Seating tickets for the Bruce Springsteen Concert at the RDS Showgrounds in Dublin on Sunday July 12th. These tickets were purchased using my debit card for the sum of 686.92 Euros. I have the email and print outs from this company to that effect and also my bank statements confirming the date of the transaction. I received nothing in return other than the aforementioned email receipt of purchase.
Today is the 29th September yes some 7 months later and I have still not received anything! Despite numerous emails and requests for refunds both in writing and by telephone (when you can actually get someone to answer). This is a company who did not even indicate that there was a problem in delivering the tickets either prior to the event and certainly not afterwards, meanwhile they have almost 700 Euros of my bank account sitting in their acount anda they have still not made any attempt to contact me to offer any form of apology or to even say that they are processing my refund request.
My advice people is to STAY AWAY from this site as I have no option but to persue this through the courts and to highlight this dishonest and shameful company to the public at every opportunity!!
