I thoroughly agree, the prices keeps going up but the service keeps going down. Yes the theater was nice when it first opened back in 1994 but nothing has been changed since 1994 considering it is 2009 now. The price of tickets are $9.50 now and manatee's are $8.50 which the time used to be 6pm by they lowered to 4pm and then to 2Pm and weekends, forget any discount on the weekends too as they want everybody to pay full price. Wow! Talk about a total rip-off!
They raise and raise the price but they haven't updated anything in the place. Whats the point to raise they're prices if they haven't changed anything. It seems their customer service has gotten worse and worse. I agree, they like people talk on cell phones, feet on the chairs, allow people to talk during the movies and they allow staff to due their homework on the ticket counter table. What kind of place is that?
I hate the SLO downtown theater or the movieexperience simply because it is too experience. [continued below]...
