In the entire month I was a member of the DVD rental site I did not receive even one of the top 20 choices on my DVD rental list. ALL of them were already rented every single day for the entire month. That is zero out of 600 chances. It is a form of fraud. They promise you a choice of rentals, take your money and don't deliver. You are left chosing whatever happens to be unrented or you get no rental at all. Don't give them your money!
