REDBOX charged my account illegally. I rent maybe twice a month, but this morning I have a $25 charge on my bank account.
REDBOX has issued a refund, but this charge was posted WITHOUT my knowledge or consent.
I have submitted a report with my Attorney General (KS) about this fraudulent charge as well.
When I tried to call them this morning, there wait time was horrendous. They must have charge several unknow VICTIMS, to create such a long wait time.instead I submitted my anger VIA email.
In such hard economic times, it is sad to see a company take advantage of its customers.
I am no longer a fan and will be switching back to brick and mortar.
