Jerry Espinoza is a sports events and concert event ticket agent. He approached me 4/19 (Email below) to buy a suite for the Britney Spears tour concert. I made this a special surprise for my daughters and wife. After paying Jerry 7k he assured me that the tickets for PRIVATE CLUB suites dont get printed until 2 weeks before the event. (SCAM)

These are from emails Ive received on me asking people to sell out the rest of the year suites and premium seats. This is their asking price, I have not marked anything up for myself. Let me know if you want me to follow up on any of these.

After paying him the $7,000 for the Britney Spears tickets he emailed me to ask a favor for a personal loan as he was in a bind and needed money to pay his bills for his family and kids. He sent me over an affidavited to the effect of our agreement!

I Genaro Espinoza am willingly entering a legally binding agreement with Damian for a 30 day loan in total of $3,000. The loan will be repaid within 30 days from today 2/9/09 with 50% interest for a total of $4,500. Damian Kutzner will also receive suite 216b at Honda Center for the 2/14/09 Harlem Globetrotters show as part of the agreement.
I still believe in good people and honesty in todays world so i felt it was the right thing to do and lent him the money. Then it gets even better. I had extra lakers tickets so Jerry told me he could sell them. I gave him the tickets.
He started making excuses soon there after with why he couldnt even get me the money for the Laker tickets. Which should be a quick purchase and exchange. He stated the customer he sold them to went thru paypal and it takes awhile to get paid. (SCAM) (Email below)

We have a 10 but bought the 4 standing room only tickets as well for every event. Total of 14. Its 216b. One of the biggest lower level suites in house. Restroom included. After all the emails back and forth jerry wont return any calls or emails. He has ruined my daughters Birthday. Not only has he robbed me from the Money over $7,000 he took from the Concert tickets he hasnt even honored his $3,000 personal loan "Affidavit" with any payments. To scam me out of all this because i was trying to help him is beyond me. He hasnt even given me the $300 bucks for the 4 Lakers tickets.
He is a scam and scumbag. I want everyone to know not to trust this guy. He is stealing from people and if you are planning your activities or families events around him selling you tickets PLEASE DONT! He needs to be stopped from his malicious activities of taking money from people a ruining childrens dreams and hopes by believing they are going to see there favorite STAR.
