This company has been deducting $11.99 from my checking account for at least 18 months. I called them today to get them to stop and all I got was a big run around. They told me that I needed to provide them with a sixteen digit account number before they could cancel my "membership." Since I don't even know how they got my information in the first place to fraudulently deduct money from my account, I, of course, don't have this alleged all critical number to get them to stop ripping me off.
They also told me that they didn't have me registered as a member under either my wifes name nor my own name so they didn't know how to proceed to cancel my account. This absolutely infuriated me since if I'm not a registered member how are they stealing money from my account every month. These people need to be prosecuted for this scam. They've ripped off enough people already.
