On Dec. 22 I bought a Mamma Mia DVD from Amazon online. It reached my house within the email on Dec 29th. I reside 35 kilometers from Enid and so I named some buddies there and requested them when they would really like me to create it right down to their property and all of US view it together. 24 hours later I place it in my own bag and went to Enid. I needed some cough syrup and Vicks lotion and so I quit at KMART there to buy it. When I was heading out the doorway the equipment went off stating I had been getting anything out that I clearly really should not be, and so I ceased in wonderment since all I'd was what I purchased. Then I appreciated I'd set that dvd in my own bag but might observe no reason it'd trigger that to-go down in KMART after I had bought it online at Amazon! The worker in the customer support table arrived around and scanned it also it had exactly the same barcode whilst the types in KMART-why I've no idea. She'dnot I'd like to contain it despite I described I'd bought it online and named some man-up towards the table that so much as explained I'd obtained it from their website and wouldnot I'd like to contain it back. He transpired back and introduced one-up and also the shop's had a KMART label onto it and quarry did not and explained I'd need to get obtain the presentation it arrived in or I really couldnot own it back. I'd tossed it within the garbage. A buddy named me on my mobile phone in those days and stated she'd get into my e'mail and print-out the bill I acquired from Amazon for this and send it to KMART. The girl in the support table had been excessively rude and completely ignoring me and wouldn't provide me the fax number. An other woman strolled as much as the table that worked within the drugstore and offered the fax number for over there, but just after I confronted to contact law enforcement. Our buddy sent the bill to that particular quantity plus they got their nice moment about actually bothering to check out it. Then she named the man back again to come and appear at it and he did after which requested for my permit, I suppose to show it had been me. He then passed me the dvd-never appologizing for that trouble or something. This time around totalled to more than 1 1/2 hours. I'm a-64 year-old handicapped lady having a really poor back that's troubled me since this occurred. I'm considering calling an attorney concerning the discomfort and pain they set me through. I'd an excellent childhood and also have never taken anything in my own lifetime. Personally I think these folks ought to be dismissed for managing clients in this way. I'll never store in KMART again! I really hope everybody says this criticism and prevents buying there since there is you should not be so hateful.
