Stole a spongebob mascot from me, said hed pay many times never has, owes me 450.00 uses it to make money

This guy richard napier, rick clark, beach bouncers inflatables of myrtle beach or who ever he is is a theif, i have done business with his brother mick clark who is a great customer of mine from m and m inflatables, so when he said he need a spongebob mascot by the weeks end for a special event... I sent him a brand new deluxe one in good faith, and he was suppost to send me $450.00 money order which he never did, i keep calling him almost daily to get my costume back or my money and he lies and says he gonns send it today or next week, yeah right... Still waiting

Heres his email to me on 9-16... Note the way hes gonna charge me to fix it after he messed it up!

I will not send it back I am going to have all the defects fixed on the costume and bill you for the cost of the repairs for sending me a defective product you didnt even make as you said. I will send you the remaining balance after repairs (you custom make them). Which is not true. If you have any question call me at 877 543 5867

As you can see hes a jerk and is a thief, he not only stole my mascot and is making money using it, he still has not sent my money and he is using my pics on his website as if he took the pictures his self. The pics of sponge, tigger, dora, scooby, elmo, blues clues and diego are my pictures. Do not do business with this so called man, he is not a man of his word and i will keep calling him and do everything i can to get my 450.00. His mother and the lord must be real proud of him, what a man! What comes around goes around...
