I too have been through the well organized fraud that is tvdvdworld. Tv. I wont go through the ordeal again as I have read the same story 100 times searching for info on this company. Bad quality or missing/wrong delivered dvd's are just the beginning. NO customer service No answer to emails or ph calls. I am not a resident of the US/Canada so I don't believe my complaint to consumer affairs for online fraud would carry any weight. I believe the company to be based in Canada as this is where my shipment came from to Australia. Every one with a similar story who resides in US/Canada needs to submit a complaint online to your consumer affairs department. Only this sort of volume bad publicity will maybe get some investigation and closing down of fraudulent internet companies. Good luck.
