Reservation Rewards - Charged my account $24.00 I never signed up with them Shelton Connecticut

My account was charged $12.00 twice on the same day by this 'company'. I have newver heard of them or signed up for anything, with them. I also have no idea how they got my account number, but I do know that I did not sign up for this. BEWARE!!!
