We applied to columbia house with the condition of a minimal purchase and only one purchase to satisfy the contract. We have since been billed monthly on our credit card with no permission from us. We did not agree to this and columbia house will not take our calls. We want our money back because the original agreement clearly does not indicate a monthly bill.
