I purchased tickets from this web site on Sept. 22 2008. Was promised fedex 2nd day delivery. I recieved a checkout receipt as well as an email confirmation. When my tickets still had not arrived by the 27th. Of Sept. I called and emailed the company. I talked to an Eddie Flores and he said that it was a typo and I had to pay mor money for the tickets.
We have email back and forth with me prvoiding him with business and professions code letting him know that that is illegal. Wether the typo was intentional or not he had to honor that sale price. Mr. Flores still refusesto honor the sale and is now threating me with legal action. Business an Professons code section 17500-17509 otherwise known as the bait and switch law is there for a reason.
To protect consumers like us. This is not right nor shuld any company get away with this. I will/have file complaints with Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, Rippoff Report, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commision and any other agency that handles issues like this. If a company does this to you, you should do this as well. Lets stop Bait and Switch practicing.
