This on line casino is the biggest RIP OFF I've ever come across in on line gambling! They have lied, used UNETHICAL PLOYS and TRICKS to KEEP my WINNINGS!
Over the YEARS that I've BEGGED for my MONEY they gave EXCUSE after EXCUSE! Varying sometimes in the same DAY about WHY they couldn't give me my MONEY!
After moving from the original address (after a year of BEGGING for my money when they told me I had to KEEP gambling! I refused!) they still demanded i give them my old address to get my money! When i say i'm no longer there they then say i have to give them a utility bill to prove i am who i say i am! They didn't demand this kind of CRAP when I SIGNED UP!
I have no UTILITIES and they say, "TOO BAD. Not our PROBLEM!" And keep my money no matter WHAT I say or threaten to do! They are IMPUDENT, SARCASTIC, EVIL in the emails they send. And they only have ONE email address! And this ONE email is set up so you can only SEND ONE email COMPLAINT to them as they have set up their servers to REJECT any more from your IP Address they have logged! These PEOPLE KNOW EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK To STEAL YOUR MONEY!
They also use an OFF SHORE COUNTRY - LENIENT to ON LINE GAMBLING SITES the COUNTRIES of Antiqua and Barbuda! This way they can't be PURSUED or PROSECUTED by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT of The US or the FBI or LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY as they HIDE BEHIND THE LENIENCY and PROTECTION of ANTIQUA and BARBUDA! BE FOREWARNED!
They even sent me an email saying the Federal Government had NOW OUTLAWED what THEY WERE DOING and I Had MONEY COMING BACK TO ME!
Read a copy of the email they sent me:
"Due to the recent passing of the Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act by the United States Senate on September 30, and its imminent enactment as federal law, we will no longer allow real money gaming activities from United States residents."
Yet they are trying to force me to gamble more rather then give me my money. They find it amazingly easy to give me a new password but always are saying I have to prove who I am."
And they LIED! Gave EXCUSE, RED TAPED and LIED every TIME I brought this up! I finally decided to contact the FBI branch for ON LINE THIEVES! And its been over FOUR MONTHS! Nothing! Thus the reason I post here! I've done everything I could to get my money back thru LEGAL CHANNELS and these people are on the TOP OF THEIR GAME - TO KEEP YOUR WINNINGS playing games at CAMEO CASINO!!!
Every time I offered a way to get my MONEY they SHOT IT DOWN! They would first say "OK. We will send your money." Then turn around in the same DAY and give SOME HUMONGOUS RIDICULOUS REASON why THEY COULDN'T!
I have lost hundreds of dollars behind these thieves and liars! They run a full contingent of lies, tricks and manipulation and are their trademark! A lack of ethics and out right theft are their modus operandum!
