I received an envelope in the mail with no return address with a Canadian Stamp and post mark.inside was a check for $3530.00 and a letter stating that I had been chosen as a Mystery Shopper for United Mystery Shoppers Inc. As it seemed too good to be true, I called the bank that the check was drawn on and they confirmed the check was a fake.
Be careful! It takes 10 days to 2 weeks for a check to be returned and they put a deadline in the letter that leaves you vulnerable to having to send a major portion of the money back to them by Western Union and when the check comes back fake, you're on the hook with your bank!
