Requested the Matlock DVD selection online with my bank card in December. It seemed on my bank card in Jan and on January 9th they sent the sequence was backordered and when I needed my money-back I really could contact their customer support point that we did. I told them I'd delay only a little longer and since that time the telephone number is unavailable and that I have not obtained the Matlock DVD series up to now. Might enjoy any feedback regarding what direction to go. This is actually the first issue I Have had purchasing online.
