I have used this company in the past. I guess starting in 2006. At 1st they were a company you could order from and recieve very good customer service. Since they became automated, the service has gone south. I had recieved orders in the past, the shipping did not leave much to be desired. I went against my better judgement and placed another order and this time I only recieved one of the two orders. I have sent many E-mails and placed many phone calls. I used the available phone # on it's web site and the phone number on my bank statement, which shows their debiting my account. The debit was authorized but I have yet to recieve the second order. I have tried to contact the salesperson/owner?"DON" but I have not made any head way. All I want is my order or my money back.
