Rented a move 12/30 and returned it to kiosk promptly on 12/31. Due to some sort of software error, I was charged for two days rental. Likely some sort of end-of-the-year error on their part. No means to protest. No receipt. No authorization required that one could refuse. Auto charges and you are left to argue via email or phone to someone who has no clue.
Risky business. A gamble to rent this way. Who knows what they'll charge and you have no say. Give them your card with caution.
