I have had to contact Netflix

I have had to contact Netflix customer service only twice; once to report a lost DVD in the mail, and once to request a replacement for a defective DVD, and both times I have received prompt and courteous solutions to my problems. The representative on the phone was polite and patient, and the email responses I received arrived quickly and remedied my exact problem. I am very pleased with these guys.
