Wrongfully accused of damage, Fraudulent billing for the second time

One Saturday April 14 at approx. 2:20 PM Me, My daughter and my son went into hollywood video. My kids were renting games and I was looking at the used movies that were 50% off. As soon as I was done I took them to my daughter to ask her if she wanted any of the movies I had chosen. I went to put the ones back that she didn't want and the cart was gone. It had been taken outside by a employee.

I put the movies on the other markdown cart looked for some new releases to rent and got in line after going to gamecrazy. As we were in line the cart we put outside started blowing away as a man was walking in. He held up his hands as to say I didn't do it. We got to the desk and I was told I didn't turn in a movie that I did return.

I was told after telling him that I had in fact returned it that my previlage to rent will be cut off until I return it. When I told him that i have returned it and I try to always get receipts because I have had this problem before. He once again rudely said I did not return it. I went to the car to see if I could find the receipt and the other employee (female) started rudely talking about me in front of my kids and the other customers saying that it's not their problem if they don't have the movie that I returned. She said it my (the customers) problem.

When I got back I was them told that even thought I have one coupon that said one per month and a different on that was given to us when we bought a psp. I was told I couldn't use both.By this time I was so fustrated, I just said forget it and didn't buy or rent anything and left. My kids were already in the car and when I got there my son told me how the female employee was talking about me.

I went back in to get her name and she was ruder than anyone anywhere has ever been to me. I told her I wanted her name to report her to corportate and she said once again "that's rite it's not our problem, it your" I left and when I was almost to my car the video cart started blowing once again.

The male employee that was originally helping me came out and watched it blow into a customers car alone with myself and several others. The wind was very stong and a big puff of wind had just went by just as I came out. The female employee told the customer of the car that the cart hit that she thinks I pushed it into their car.

I was watching the whole thing from my car, becuause I was going to be a witness to what happend, and was no where near it as video survaliance would prove. The female employee came out to the back of my car and took down my license plate no. I realized what she was doing and went over to the car that had been hit alone with my sone who saw it all and asked her if she's thinks I did that. The customer replyed "she thinks you did it" (she as in the female employee).

I had 2 men that were customer standing in front of my car outside the store when it happened that knew I was no were near the cart when it blew. They then took the cart in because the man that it had happened to before me was still in the store and knew it was blowing away. I am sure they knew it was a problme and that why they took it in. We video on our phone how bad the wind was blowing.

I just hope there is video that proves this was the incompendance of Hollywood video. And they are trying to blame me for something that is their fault. I will never go there again and plan to close my account.
