Didn't obtain ordered DVDs!

I requested the Entire Television Series on DVD of Hawaii 5-0. Our charge card was billed but I never obtained the DVDis. After I contact the amount 1 877 7 TVSHOW, there's an automatic solution, but no body actually accumulates next. I am aware these people have 3 various websites which have been tearing off people. Beware
