I payed for the superpass membership plan in April. I do not recommend this company. They do not tell you whats in stock and your Queue sits there forever. It takes a long time to get a dvd in the mail and it takes the same amount of time to send it back.
What is the point of having unlimited access for dvd and video games if it takes nearly three weeks to get there and back. This company has the worst service I have ever encountered.
Its a total rip off. I never once received any video games. I cancelled it a month later and six months later I still haven't received a refund. You can only email your complaints and it is never dealt with properly.
This company has so many loopholes. Just the fact that there is not a phone number only an email address should have told me something to begin with.
