Won't respond to my discrepancy to a claim I was billed & charged for that didn't ask for. Ripoff

On 5-18-06 transaction#85426706139501526390166 in the amount of $299.00 there was a purchase of some type to skyauction.com Someone got a hold of my info and used my "greendot." prepaid mastrcard. Wondering why I was out of money I pulled up my statement history from my mastercard and discovered this transaction. However I wrote to them on 5-25-06 concering this matter and have had no response. I would like my credit card credited and would like it done now.

This come to fnd out is a auction for bidding on vacation packages to resorts. I never made any indacation that I wanted this so please can someone help me?
