Advertides voucher towards a list of items that you'd pay the difference for false promises

The Sweepstakes Clearinghouse Co offered a $300.00 voucher towards a list of items which you the consumer would pay the difference, Wich I did. After a week I without any confirmation of the purchase I e-mailed them with my inqueries and The can't seem to find my account or name any where.
