My brother whined and cried and cried again so I ordered these stupid videos for him. I actually placed the order through one of these "as seen on TV sites" but they simply passed the order onto GGW Video. GGW Video is what appears on my credit card statement and I had to deal with GGW's crack customer service (or at least ON CRACK). Anyway, I was charged for videos that never showed up. I called to complain and every time I called they never had any record of my order by name or address. I always had to re-give them my credit card information. This made me a little nervous. The videos showed as having gone out (a month after I ordered them, because they initially lost the order, but that is ANOTHER story). I called finally to cancel the damn things and I ordered them through Amazon.com. The credit never showed up on my bill. After many phone calls to their TOLL number in California and my Mastercard, the charge was finally reverse. Phew. Glad that is over with... Oh wait a minute, 2 months later, what is this NEW GGW video charge on my bill??? I never received those videos either! I ended up having to cancel my card so that they could not charge me anymore.
As an aside, those customer service people sound like inmates in a Mexican prison. You can't understand a word they say. I felt like they were writing my CC# down and selling it on the Internet. They sleazy, not professional. Wait a minute, this is a PORN company, what in the hell do we expect?!?!?
