Iris Gillon, th proprietor of IGMC, a wedding planing firm, kept over 3500 of my deposit which she promised, in wirting was refundable. She did not come forth with the band she prmomised, and tried to subsitute a no-nasame band. Additionally, she was very inappropriate, socially, with my family, telling jokes with the "f" word. All this while planning an elegant wedding. She did not reply to my repeated requests for discussions to work things out, played games, and eventualy stopped taking my calls and correspondence altogether.
