This site very muck looks like a scam/phishing for your credit card and ID, beware!
I tried to order - otherwise sold-out - concert tickets from their (much overpriced) website. It was already weird that the "confirmation" announced that tickets will only be available 3 days after. Then I noticed an email stating "Unfortunately there has been a problem processing a recent order you placed on TicketsPlus.com. Do not respond to this email. Please contact customer support at (855) 326-8168 between the hours of 9 AM—10 PM Eastern Time so that we can further assist you."
A simple phone call yielded a suggestions to fax a copy of my ID to (860) 812 21 67 and a claim that their department "will be open till 1 am", together with a reassurance that I can then reorder tickets (completely sold out by now everywhere) on their website.
I admit this is the first time I am seeing such an obvious phishing attempt, please make sure you do not fall into this trap yourself!
