On 10/13 I visited robnakuca.com site and decided to purchase some tv episodes on vhs. I called the telephone number from the web site and I spoke with Sasa
who is working in the robnakuca.com. I decided to buy five tv episodes in amount of $499.75. He promised that the tapes will be the originals and that if I am not satisfy with them, he will take it back and give me the full refund.
At the same time I gave him my debit card number and he promised that he is going to ship the tapes in 2 days. On October 15th the money was withdrawn from my account. Ten days after the money was withdrawn, I didn't received any package from robnakuca.com. At that time I called him and he didn't give me any explanation, he just said to wait until it arrives. He also told me
that what they do is they first withdrew the money and then ship the items. Finally, two weeks later I received the items. None of the episodes were originally recorded, as promised, one episode was missing, and lot of tapes was broken because of bad packaging. I called him again and told him what I received. He said that he is going to send new original vhs's.
I received another package with the bad copies and also missing some tapes, some of them were blank, there was nothing on it. I talked to him again and he asked me to wait one more time. Just because this whole process already took me a month and a half and every time he would ship broken items and the items I didn't even
order, I decided to put the end on this and talk to him for the last time. We agreed that I return the items back and I will be fully refunded. He received the items via UPS ground on Thursday, 12/02/04. I called him on 12/06/04 and he said that he did receive the package and I will receive the refund in couple of days.
Until now 12/15/04 I didn't receive any refund and he didn't contact me. I decided to call him again and see what's going on, but couldn't reach him, so I left couple of messages, but he didn't call me back. I visited my bank and asked one of the service desk people what can I do, the lady advised me to file a claim for the refund because she believed that I will never receive that money from him, because it normally takes about three days to receive the refund. I called him again and left him a message that my bank will take the money back and that I have a feeling I am being robbed. Few hours later I received a call from him. He told me that he will put my debit card number on the internet with my personal informations, so anyone can use it. I would really appreciate your help with this situation. I am very concerned and worried.
