I had purchased tickets to Sister Act for my daughters birthday last week. The date I was supposed to receive the tickets came and went. I messaged both the seller and Ticket Liquidator. I never received an answer from the seller except to tell me I could now print them online. But, a customer service rep contacted me to let me know they stand behind the produce and refunded me the delivery charge that the seller had charged me. I received the check within days. Now that is the way to keep customers. I would buy from them again.
