I have called and emailed this company many times-no reply. I have complained to the local Groupon agency and they answered they would get back to me and will "reach out to horse farm". No further communication from them also. I have made many, many Groupon purchases and will cease to do so until this is resolved. After reading some of the reviews, I doubt I will continue to recommend Groupon. No satisfaction, just empty words and stalls.
