This is a formal warning to anyone who will be attending a promotion through Chris Breed and Joe Hecht
My personal experience began on New Years Eve with attending a party at the Westlake Village Hyatt. This promotion by Chris Breed and Joe Hecht was promised to be Time of your Life in which I felt like Chris Breed and Joe Hecht stole my money. It was $40 per ticket for admission and $350 for one bottle of Vodka which had to be ordered in acquiring a table to sit at
(plastic tables with cloth covers).
This party was more like a 50th Anniversary wedding reception and the DJ could not be worse! I ended up spending $450 for a party I had to leave 45 minutes before New Years Eve, because of how bad the whole set up was. Chris Breed and Joe Hecht are thieves feasting on the wealthier communities of Westlake Village and Agoura Hills.
