I've existed below for 3 ½ years and my AC went out atleast 4 times. 8 weeks before my ac went they got nearly per week to correct this. I really could not remain in my condo. Obviously they'd not really pro rate my lease for that entire week that I had been unable to remain there. The small woman within the entrance wasn't skilled concerning the condition whatsoever.
