I ordered a 4 camera system over a month ago and after installing it the DVR quit working the very first day. I sent the unit back to be covered by warranty and here I am 3 weeks later with no working system and they tell me it could be 2 more weeks before I receive my replacement DVR. The tech support guy was rude and completely unwilling to help any further.
