I had a guy contact me and when I asked to be removed from the calling list and expressed that I did not wish to continue with receiving info from their company due to bad reviews I had read, he HUNG UP ON ME! Jerk!
I guess those reviews are proving to be true!
I went to their website and selected to "chat" with a representative, when I told her what happened, she said she apologized and would have my # removed from the calling list.
When I told her that I was glad to have done my research before going any further, she said "Thank you, have a nice day" I told her that the reviews are proving to be true, her response was "Would you rather I sit and argue?"
Now, in my customer service experience, you don't have to argue... You make every attempt to make a customer happy and make it right.
On my Facebook status, I asked if anyone had any experience with BWP and this was a friend's response:
"Yes. Don't do it. I finally had to get the BBB involved and contact an attorney in order to cancel my contract (it was only after I signed the papers did I research and find BWP all over the internet as a scam)... Hard lesson learned."
