All of this organization has been doing is try to look for a reason not to spend a state. Our rental house in Phoenix had the A/D move out a week ago when it had been 110 degrees out. CHW attempted to inform me it had been a damaged engine whell which it had been not protected because of insufficient preservation. Crash! I'd documents going back five decades of the system being preserved and supplied documentation for this. They turned rude and stated that these were unavailable to check out the state until Friday which was Thursday. Meanwhile my tenants were melting. Everytime I named the organization they offered me another person who had been rude and fundamentally only an asshole. Therefore, to create a lengthy history brief we'd our very own A/D man emerge and lo and see it had been anything completely different so we taken care of it to become set outofpocket because of CHW cowardness and scam. Today they're informing us that people have been in viuolation of the plan and they'll not return us the cash paid to repair it. Arizona state-law mandates that after it's 110 or even more outside it should be set within 48 hours... The corporation is just a couple of criminals... Don't work together until you desire to be scammed!
