Lack of response after signing contract

In September I had been contacted by Michael Gross of Sky Blue Methods To "book my timeshare". Via mail and fax I closed a on 10/01 for ad #1300. I settled the whole quantity via American Express. NUMEROUS telephone calls from both myself and American Express have now been created toSky Orange Options, conducting business as Combined Resort Advertising. Within the uncommon occurrence that somebody replies the telephone they state everybody is "out within the area" and somebody can get back again to us. They never do. Usually however, an automatic message claims: to depart a note. Once my charge card was billed, no body has actually delivered a telephone call.
