BAC didn't finish the final of my change (that was a dreadful 1 and 1/2 year procedure) properly and today they're attempting to foreclose on my mortgage that's presently $67000.00 on the house today appreciated at $23000.00. I obtained a declaration from BAC in Nov. 2010 declaring that my next cost was not due till July used to donot obtain every other claims or communication from their store till Feb.by certified email that I was behind on my funds. After I approached them in Feb. 2011 the affiliate mentioned to disregard the notice which my next cost was not due till July. I've been attempting since Feb. 2011 to obtain this exercised with no chance. They contact me 8 to 10 occasions DAILY in the selection department. I inform them to check out the records on my consideration which it's under evaluation but nonetheless NO SOLUTIONS. I currently am dealing with the Fannie Mae Mortgage Help Centre in Tampa but to date no chance.
