We bought home in Tahlequah - set-to shut on May 20... Was informed by Trae Radcliffe all was good for protection. One-day AFTER final we were sent that Protection was questioning protection as a result of reduction I'd on another insurance provider (flood because of damaged point on-water softner). Protection plan would be to refuse protection to anyone who has already established a reduction apart from "organic causes" within 5 years. We were left rushing to obtain protection after shutting - today greater than a month later, we're still waiting to become repaid for that rates these were compensated. First inspections were shipped to an inappropriate target (they'd two distinct handles for that home)... Then we were informed their plan was to hold back 20 times to reissue (though it was their problem)... Lastly nowadays, I've been informed from the expert - NOT the broker - the alternative check could be shipped tomorrow... We will observe. The broker is extremely youthful as well as in my estimation, in method over his mind... No customer support abilities what-so actually... And Protection Insurance general hasbeen of no aid. After studying additional grievances, and our individual encounter within this issue, I'm certainly happy they refused us!!
