Horrible customer service

I'm along the way of promoting my house. Discovered Jim Swoope online and chose to provide her a try. We planned our preliminary visit for Sunday at 10:30AM.

On that Saturday at 10:25AM obtained a phone stating she'd be within 20 mins... After 40mins i named and questioned if she'd be below any time in the future, she subsequently mentioned 10 more moments.

I asked if this is actually the excellent customer support I ought to assume from the Remax Agent (Jim Swoope) and he or she stated there is nothing wrong together with her not being at our apointment period. Since she did substantial study on my home.
